I had a great experience with this store. They were able to deliver appliances from New Jersey to Pennsylvania (about a 2-hour drive), and provided full delivery and installation service right at my home, which made everything very convenient. The appliances were brand new and offered at a very good price compared to other places I checked. The installer was young but very skilled and professional. He worked efficiently and did a clean, solid installation. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the whole process.

What is a mini-split (ductless) AC and how is it different from central air?

A mini-split uses one outdoor condenser connected to one or more indoor wall units by refrigerant lines, so no ductwork is needed inside the walls. Installation is far less invasive, each room is controlled independently, and the same unit both cools and heats β€” ideal for older homes without ducts, additions, attics, basements and storefronts.

Are open-box appliances used or refurbished?

No. Open-box appliances are brand-new units whose packaging was opened, that were used as floor models, or whose carton has minor cosmetic damage. They function identically to new products, which is why they cost less. We also stock factory-sealed new appliances.

Do you deliver and install what I buy?

Yes. We deliver appliances and install them on site, and mini-split systems are installed and commissioned by our own technicians. Old-unit removal can be arranged when you order. Call 732-732-8866 for details.
